The purpose of my visit was to explore the beautiful city of Zakopane, and my experience at the hotel was truly delightful. I found everything to be satisfactory, but the indoor swimming pool stood out as my favorite feature, providing a perfect spot to relax after a day of hiking. The staff was exceptionally accommodating, and the hotel's cleanliness and charm were commendable. The city view from my room enhanced the overall experience. I extend my gratitude to the hotel for a memorable stay and excellent service throughout.
